Dealerships charge too much for simple maintenance items like oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements. Which results in customers looking elsewhere for cheaper alternatives. Everything is just fine with what was Done. . However I was shocked about the Veterans discount. I was told it was 10%.. I was told the repair was $6500. I expected a $650 discount.. I was not . I was met promptly and courteously, they were able to get my vehicle diagnosed quickly and repaired within a few hours. The service writer made arrangement for an Uber and a rental car. I am thankful they we my vehicle diagnosed quickly and repaired within a few hours. The service writer made arrangement for an Uber and a rental car. I am thankful they were able to get mu vehicle repaired quickly and properly, HOWEVER, the repair was completed in right at 3 hours and the labor charge was $1,197. That is almost $400 per hour. I'm fairly sure that is what their labor book tells them the job will take, but a $1,500 bill for a thermostat replacement and system flush sent my head spinning. More
