Gold Star service Once again your service department was great! I spoke to Laura and told her that I needed new tires on my Buick. We discussed the front tires as they Once again your service department was great! I spoke to Laura and told her that I needed new tires on my Buick. We discussed the front tires as they were a little over a year old but due to my previous front end suspension problems I was not sure if they had become out of round. She ordered all 4 tires in case the need arose to utilize the new tires on the front. She informed me you had a machine to check my existing tires and as it turned out they were fine. After test driving the car it was suggested the rotars needed to be turned and they did. When the car was ready she called me and I informed her I needed to be picked up. It was about 5:45 and she asked your shuttle driver Trudy if she could come get me and she did even though it was close to the end of her work day. Last time I had the car serviced Trudy picked me up and I told her when I got in the car, as she drove by my house, my house was in the middle of the street. She remembered me when Laura asked her and she remembered exactly who I was and where I lived. She is so pleasant and makes you feel like a person not a number, just like Laura. Cudos to both of them and your entire team. My car drives like a new car and is truly a pleasure to drive again. I will highly recommend your establishment. I had previously utilized Sullivan in Ocala but did not have the great experiences I continue to have at Eagle Buick. Thank you! Amy L. Oday More

Great service My car was consuming oil. I was told this was not normal by the assistant service manager.After monitoring the consumption for four months i was told My car was consuming oil. I was told this was not normal by the assistant service manager.After monitoring the consumption for four months i was told the motor would have to be rebuilt. This was done under warranty at no cost to me. I'll continue to bring my vehicle back to Eagle Buick because they are honest and courteous. More
