Long wait I made an appointment for 11am for my Toyota truck for an oil change only. It took til almost 1230pm. I was told they had to go get a filter. The time I made an appointment for 11am for my Toyota truck for an oil change only. It took til almost 1230pm. I was told they had to go get a filter. The time before that, they broke my dipstick. If I had an appointment, and they knew I was bringing in the same truck, wht not ALREADY have the filter? Better things to do than have a 90 minute express oil change. More
