I have been using this dealership since 2006. My recent trip for service I was told I needed some maintenance done on my 20 year old truck. One of which was my thermostat. I was also quoted for t My recent trip for service I was told I needed some maintenance done on my 20 year old truck. One of which was my thermostat. I was also quoted for two new batteries for over 500dollars. They told me one of the batteries failed and was leaking acid. I explained I had a warranty on the batteries from another store and would get the batteries from them. Upon going to the other vendor to have the batteries changed both batteries checked out to be good and no acid leaks could be found. I returned to the dealership and asked them to share the failed report on the battery they said failed and to point out the acid leak. They could not give me the failed results and tested them again and said they both passed. Add that to when I left the dealership with the work they completed I had to go back to have them reset the oil life indicator and to fill the engine coolant properly. The low coolant indicator was on due to them not properly filling it after they changed the thermostat. Overall I have been happy with the dealership over the last 18years but have noticed attention to detail has diminished. Giving my concerns to the service tech I feel they inadequately responded and did not have any explanation on the battery discrepancy. More
