Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention, without it we do not have the opportunity to make positive changes. My apologies for the delay, we do certainly work very hard at getting every vehicle in, diagnosed and repaired in as timely a manner as possible. Many factors can affect the time it takes and delays do occur frequently, when they do we make every attempt to contact you as a customer as soon as possible. We sincerely value your time. When we book an appointment, just like at a Doctors office, your scheduled time is the time to meet with your Service advisor, and not necessarily the time work will begin on your vehicle. Some repairs or diagnoses take longer than others, just like with people at a hospital, we do not know what the cause of the concern is most times until you, or your vehicle in this case, are at our dealership and with the Technician. Also this occurs with vehicles that may have been ahead of you, taking longer than expected. Again, thank you for your feedback, we continue to seek new and better ways of improving your experience any time you come in, there will be delays at times and we will do all that we can to minimize the impact this creates for you. As a reminder, in efforts to make your service as convenient as possible, we offer a shuttle service within 10 miles of our dealership at no charge. We sincerely apologize for the delay and hope to service your vehicles for years to come. Jim
