Norm was outstanding from the moment he greeted me until the time I departed the station. He ensured I understood everything that was going to be done. I had made the appointment so I already knew, but it w the time I departed the station. He ensured I understood everything that was going to be done. He went over everything and informed me that he had added air to all tires since they were low. He also filled my wiper fluids. He thanked me for my service to our country since we are both veterans.
