I have to say that this was the most satisfying and least stressful new car buying experience I have had in my 66 years. Usually it feels like I have been thru a war during the whole buying experience. My experience here was they offered a great price right from the start and I knew it. I had done my homework and had worked with a dealer in another city where I live. I had gone back and forth with the other guys and never got them down to the price I wanted. Earnhardt's advertised price was actually below the price I was looking for. I thought it might be a scam to be honest. However, I was pleasantly surprised that not only was it legit, but Jeff also sweetened the deal because I lived 150 miles away and needed encouragement to come to the Phoenix area to purchase the vehicle. My wife and I love our new Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and I love the fact that the buying process was without drama. More

Extremely Disappointed I bought my current car at this dealership and when I was in the market for a new car, because of the great experience I had with the purchase with my I bought my current car at this dealership and when I was in the market for a new car, because of the great experience I had with the purchase with my first car, I decided to come back. I live 40 miles away from this dealership but I continue to go to them because I've always trusted Earnhardt dealerships and they have always done a great job in the service department. At my latest service, I had mentioned to my service advisor, Norm, that I would be looking into a new car soon. A week later I received a voicemail from Amy, advising that she could collect my information and start running numbers for me. I thought, "great, this is why I always go to them". I called her back (11/18) and provided her all my info to run the finance numbers, she assured me she would be able to get me a great deal and had access to 40 dealers' inventory. She said she would get back to be in a bit with numbers. By that evening I still hadn't heard from her so I called her and she said it had been a busy day but would get back to me by the next day. I never heard from her. I received a call (11/20) from someone from the dealership asking to complete the survey for service, I had mentioned I was worried that I had given Amy all my confidential information but I still hadn't received a call. She also stated that it shouldn't have taken that long for her to get back to me and would advise management. I never heard anything from this either. That weekend, (11/21) I was ready to purchase my new car and went back. After all of this I shouldn't have given them the time of day but I wanted to make sure I spoke to a manager in person to make sure my information would be destroyed and I had gotten an email about the black friday deals. At this point I figured it was just one shady sales person and there would be more trustworthy reps I could work with. I arrive and began working with Bill Johnson, I explained what happened with Amy. He seemed very nonchalant with the situation and said he would look into it. We started with the financing portion to know numbers before looking at cars. He stated that "there were questions on my information that they would have to wait until Monday for the banks to open to answer them". He also stated that was probably the reason why Amy hadn't gotten back to me. Today is 12/5 and I still have not heard from ANYONE from this dealership. Their lack of basic customer service has put me off from ever coming back for even an oil change. They have all these banners of their award winning customer service that they don't live up to. In my opinion, they should take those down, its giving prespective clients false expectations. More
