I seriously had no intention of purchasing a vehicle yesterday but sure did walk out with one! James came over shortly after I arrived on the lot, we started talking and I told him about the two types of models I was considering. He brought me to both models, we talked and I was up front with him and said I really was looking and didn't have a lot of time to invest in the process. He brought me into the showroom, we talked further - more importantly, he listened and, I believe, truly understood what I wanted - and we ended up making, what I believe, was a really outstanding deal which put me in a spectacular new car. He worked with Jim Tonelli on pricing, terms, etc. and then made sure that Ian Parker had all of the necessary information so that the finance portion of the experience went quickly and smoothly. All in all, I believe I was done in under 3.5 hours - which, from my past experience, is record-breaking. What I experienced yesterday is what everyone looking for a car should experience...no pressure, skilled customer service and a respect for someone's time. Once I arrived home, I spent about 45 minutes in my new Elantra checking out the myriad of features and I couldn't be happier. When I am ready for my 5th Hyundai, no matter where I live, I will contact Earnhardt Hyundai and hope that I can work with the same group of gentlemen once again. More

2015 Genesis Purchase I was considering a BMW 5 series, Audi A6, Infinity M35 and Hyndai Genesis. Then I saw the early announcements for the 2015 Genesis . . . the styling was fantastic and the steering/suspension improvements sounded promising. So I contacted John Cowan via internet. He was very helpful from day 1 regarding the Genesis . . . and very honest about he knew or didn't know regarding delivery dates, features and pricing. I attended the Earnhardt open house when they first got the vehicle and put in an order that night. John kept me informed of delivery status along the way. Last night, i took possession of one of the first 2015 Genesis sold in the US. John walked me through all the features and got me on the road. The car is gorgeous, handles greats and is loaded with high end features (V8, ultimate package, empire state gray). 24 hours in . . . i'm ecstatic!! Thanks for the great work John! More
