Great customer service. We went to the dealership after seeing a used car on the website that seemed to be what we were looking for. However when we got to the dealership that particular car had just been sold. Rafael went out of his way to find something else that would fit our needs, and we ended up with a vehicle that was much better suited to us than the one we originally were interested in. Rafael took the time to go over everything with us on the vehicle and made sure all was in good working order. The used Honda CRV was in excellent shape with low mileage, and Rafael gave us a very fair deal on the price. Great experience At the time that my wife and I walked into the dealership, our only intent was to look into types of cars that I would be able to get into and out of At the time that my wife and I walked into the dealership, our only intent was to look into types of cars that I would be able to get into and out of with my bad back and leg. We were met by Rafael Felix who then spent the better part of the day helping us find and fit us with a car that we liked. We not only tried out Hyundai's but he also took us to a KIA dealership to try out their cars also. This to us was way above the call of duty to helping us find a car. To our satisfaction the Hyundai Sonata GLS was the perfect fit for us and even though we had just started looking we found we did'nt have to look any further. Ralael worked with us until everything was worked out to our satisfaction and he made this one of the best car buying experiences that we have ever had. I would also like to add that for the past two years that for any long drives ( 1 or more hours) my wife would have to do most of the driving. Sean Pieper & David Mach are FAB!!! I went in for an oil change and Dave usually helps me out. I told him my lease was ending and though I wanted to extend it was told by the finance pe I went in for an oil change and Dave usually helps me out. I told him my lease was ending and though I wanted to extend it was told by the finance people in CA that wasn't possible. My concern was my shaky financial situation from a health issue that occurred almost 2 yrs ago. The bottom line is Dave told me he would set me up with the right people that would make it happen....and sure enough, it did. I spent most of my time at Sean Piepers desk making my sales calls and checking my emails while he had a team work on getting my lease approved!! He is such a pleasure, a real gentleman. Sean had the nicest, calming influence as I was concerned that I was going to be stuck, thank you again Sean, as well as Tony and Mark. I drove away in my new Pacific Blue Hyundai, my third since moving to AZ in 2003, once again a happy girl!
