As far as the staff goes, we interacted with a handful of people and they were all very pleasant - Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale has clearly established a culture where everybody from the receptionists to the GM make sure that prospective customers know that their business is appreciated. Specifically as it relates to the car buying experience, Lynn was our salesperson and she did a very nice, very thorough job making sure that we got all of our questions answered, that we had an opportunity to see a variety of vehicles to help us make decisions on options/features and styles. And if we happened to ask her a question that she wasn't able to answer she tracked down one of her colleagues to make sure that we got the correct answer - this is a particularly refreshing experience when it comes to buying a car as far as I'm concerned. She also gets extra credit for simply tolerating the obnoxious amount of questions that I had for her over the course of the day! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody in the market for a new vehicle. More

Salesman James Orosco was able to locate the car I wanted, and delivered on his promise to obtain the best price for the car (I h buying a new car.
