After being involved in a massive head on collision, and a terrible experience with another dealership in Prescott, I found my Xterra online and placed an inquiry. Kyle called quickly, set everything up and we made the trip to seal the deal. Ian and Kyle were both funny, laid back, and empathetic to our situation. These 2 have changed my outlook on "used car salesmen" and I plan on doing any and all future business with them. I also hand their cards out regularly and HIGHLY recommend them and Earnhardt to all friends and family looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you for everything!! More

James was honest, communicative and did everything possible to put me and my son into the right car at the right price. He went out of his way to help me - staying late, driving to my 79 year old father's home and helping him with the paper work, finding me rebates to lower the price, texting me and keeping me informed every step of the way. Bill would not negotiate and took advantage of me, under 30 female not knowing anything about leases or buying a car for the first time ever. I have ridiculously high payments with really bad miles per year for the most basic accent--it doesn't even have cruise control! I felt sick and used when I left. Since it's been an entire year, I've done my research and compared with friends who are leasing from Acura and Honda. They have much nicer cars with at least $100 less on the monthly payment. It was a good lesson, but a hard one. Bill was not friendly, showed no sympathy, and since my return for my maintenance, I have felt really unappreciated as a customer. More

Sales person knew LITTLE about the car from the time we arrived at of the dealership. She said at the beginning that she was new at it, but was at a Lexus dealership previously. Was not at all knowledgeable in product or forms that needed to be filled. Needed to call for assistance from anothers at each step in the process or showing of the vehicle. Further, have called dealership to speak to GM several times with no response. Attempted to use chat on dealer website to ask how to access survey and did not know answer to this very fundamental question. Did not respond at all. You have a great product, but like many dealerships don't truly know how to sell it. More

If rating Lynne she receives a 12!!!! As a Sonata Hybrid leaser for the last year I developed severe back problems since the car is so low to the ground getting in and out. My new Santa Fe is just the perfect car and I thank all of you for making my experience a great one! More
