This was my first time buying experience and James was great! He was patient with all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the process. When I came to pick it up he made sure he knew when I was coming and since he wouldn't be there he asked Tristan to help me when I got there. Tristan was great, he had everything ready and was patient with my questions as he showed me the car. He even took pictures of me with the car since I didn't have anyone else there to take them for me! He made it a big deal and I really appreciated that. The first dealership lived up to the bad image that used car salespeople often have with the individual attempting to sell us on something that really wasn't going to fit our needs or budget. From there we were going to call it a day, but decided to give Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale a try and we are glad we did. James Orozco warmly greeted us and was extremely knowledgeable about the Hyundai Sonata we were interested in driving. We told him that we were going to go home and sleep on it and there wasn't even the slightest degree of pressure. We did sleep on it and in the morning we arrived back, drove the car one more time and made a great cash deal with a higher than expected trade in value for my wife's car.
