First and foremost is honesty, the foundation for trust. Sean answered all questions directly, he never tried to withhold information or schmooze you into believing data that would end up as a surprise on closing the deal. No salesman can be expected to know everything. But when Sean did not know an answer, he readily admitted it and offered the effort to find out.
