Nathaniel did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. I did not like the back/forth with the manager - if the manager thought I was being unreasonable or was not willing to negotiate with me, he s with. I was asked to stay the first night to sign all the papers to make picking up the car much faster. For pick up day, I said I would be in at 4pm. I even called to say I was running late and would be there closer to 4:45-5. That is the time I arrived but I had to wait for Ian to simply take my check, hand it to the cashier so I could get a receipt which took until almost 7pm. This was unacceptable! Nathaniel did a great job of using this time to show me more feature/functionality on the car and get the defense system set up. We had trouble getting the defense website set up for my car but Nathaniel used his contacts to make this happen. He is a nice young man and should do well as a car salesman - he's a real people person. More

Over the past several months, we have struggled with the decision of whether to purchase outright our 2011 Hyundai Sonata and release, or not. We had exceeded our 12,000 miles per year by 55,000 miles. Th decision of whether to purchase outright our 2011 Hyundai Sonata and release, or not. We had exceeded our 12,000 miles per year by 55,000 miles. The gentlemen at Earnhardt Hyundai provided us with an option that has proven to be an optimum solution for us at this time. With equity left on the table at the resolution of the lease on our 2011 Sonata, we will be in a better position to purchase our newly-leased 2013 Sonata at the end of our 48-month lease, going forward...and at that time, recover lost equity and provide a break-even scenario for us. We entered into our new lease with now money down and this aspect far outweighs the lost equity...at this time, at least. We will, of course, recommend Earnhardt Hyundai whenever possible...and wish the professionals mentioned herein the very best. More
Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. We are expecting our 3rd child and needed to trade in my not so family friendly car for car that will help is in this growing process. Julian is very knowledgable about the cars that they sell and made sure I new how everything worked and that I was comfortable in my car. He made the experience fun and not stressful. Time flew by. He showed me around so when I need to come in for service I would know where to go and not feel lost. Ryan is awesome, he took extra time and did something really amazing for us, he cared for us and our situation and didn't let the bank take advantage of us. Super nice. Bill is very nice, did not meet in person however the phone calls and follow up are much appreciated. We left the dealership with great pleasure. We truly felt valued as a customer, they understand that they didn't choose us to by their car WE choose them, thank you all! When the time comes for my husband to trade up we will be back. More
