I started with a nice enough saleman- Ron K however the day I was going to purchase a car the manager told me it wo Run Dont Walk!! Waste of Time! I started with a nice enough saleman- Ron K however the day I was going to purchase a car the manager told me it would be at least a 2 hour wait before I could meet with finance. And this was after already waiting for a half an hour. The next day I was left a vm from Brad in finance requesting that I call him right away to discuss some "great financing" he found. When I called him back he had me on speaker phone and refused to give me any info over the phone. He abruptly stated it was against the law to release any info to me over the phone because he couldnt confirm my identity. When I pushed it and offered to provide pertinent info such as birthdate he then took me off speaker and stated he would call me later cause he had "someone in the office". He never called me back. That night I went back and again was told I would have to wait. When I then attempted to leave the salesman- Ron K tracked us down in the parking lot and stated that finance was ready for us. As we walked into Brads office it was quite obvious he was not ready nor did he care if we bought a vehicle or not. Brad proceeded to tell us that it is not customary for a "salesman to walk clients into his office". At this point my husband and I were done. As I turned to walk out Brad began cussing out the salesman. He yelled "You never Fu... walk customers into my office unannounced!" I then called one of the owners- Frank who quite frankly seemed to care less and just made excuses for his finance guys poor behavior. In fact he actually tried to blame the whole thing on the salesman- Ron K which I felt was very unfair. It seemed he was doing the best he could with what little he had. Discover Hyundai was a complete waste of time and the dealership is highly dysfunctional top down. More

Mike made the experience of "shopping" very pleasant, no pressure, easy communications he's such a friendly guy. Frank made the leasing process very easy and quick, the wife and I had already had a long day at a fundraiser, so that was very appreciated. EVERYONE that we spoke to was very kind and courteous. Best new car experience I've ever had - this is my 11th new vehicle and if the car is even half as good as they are (and it's a really good car) I'll be back again, and so will everyone I talk to that's thinking about buying a Hyundai. Read $$$$. I must say they treated me in an up-front manner, as I tried to do with them. There was no real pressure "stuff" but it was obvious they wanted to sell a vehicle. Very reasonable for a car dealership. They came up with a deal that worked for them and satisfied me. GOOD JOB RIC. Ric was a really nice guy with all the info anyone could want. Brad Johnson was also very helpful (and effective) and when you can like the guy who takes your money, that's a good sign for the dealership. I was also given a very nice tour of the dealership and my new vehicle by a young lady named Kelly. I was introduced to the service area and received a rousing welcome from Bethanne. More

My experience with Discover Hyundai was superb. The first encounter at this dealership was with bringing my friend's Azera into the service department to have a headlight replaced. They took me into their exceptionally clean service area, promptly fixed the headlight and then washed the car, not to mention that they served fresh popcorn while I waited! I was in the market for a new car too and after having driven my friend's Azera, I realized what a quality car it was. Of course, I went to Discover Hyundai first because of the exceptional service they extended for the headlight. Also, someone had recommended that I speak with MIKE SMITH from the sales department. Mike was the type of salesperson I respect. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Mike sincerely tried to help me narrow down the type of car that was best suited for my needs, he worked within my budget and he told me the pros and cons of each model. Mike didn't exhibit the typical "constantly closing" sales approach. Rather, he treated me as if I were a respected friend. What a nice change from other dealerships! Because of Mike's professional approach, I felt very comfortable staying with Discover Hyundai to find the right car for me. I ended up buying an Azera just like my friend's! More

I was very skeptical about buying a Hyundai. My husband and I walked onto the lot just to look. Ron quickly greeted us and asked us if we needed help. My husband told him we were just looking. Ron came with us on the test drive - he pointed out the features and then sat quietly and let us experience the car. Ron was GREAT. He was not pushy or your typical car guy. He was not out to get the most money possible. Ron made buying a car a pleasant experience. The dealer as a whole was great about price. We told them our max. price and they did a good job meeting our needs. I would HIGHLY recommend going to see Ron at Discover Hyundai! More
