After visiting several other Valley Hyundai dealers and dealing with less than professional sales representatives, I was more than delighted with my expereince at Discover Hyundai. I called Scott Sirls, the Internet Sales Manager, before visiting the dealership and explained to him what I was looking for. I also told him that I'd spent over 8 hours at another Hyundai dealership that gave me the run around and offered me a horible financing package even on a base model car. When I arrived at Discover, Scott showed me the cars I wanted to see, worked quickly to get me a great financing deal, and put me into a better car than I actually imagined I'd buy. Brad Johnson, the Finance Director, was amazing! He really worked to secure the best deal possible for me and made me feel like a valued customer. Everyone I worked with at Discover Hyundai was both professional and personable. The employees really seemed like a team. While Brad finished my financing, Scott was calling to have my old car towed, someone else was working on transfering my auto insurance, and Kellie and her staff prepared the car. Kellie gave me a great tutorial of the vehicle's features. Becuase of everyone's effort, within 4 hours, I was the owner of a new car! This was the absolute best car buying experience I've ever had. I have never purchased a vehicle other than with a GM nameplate and had intended to do so again, but Discover Hyundai makes you feel like a valued customer instead of a nuisance who has no intention of buying a car. If you're in the market for a vehicle, you owe it to yourself to at least stop by the dealership. I don't think you"ll be disappointed. More

Couldn't have been more pleased with our experience! We researched a lot of different makes and models in our latest vehicle search, and visited a lot of dealerships, and Discover Hyundai was literally the researched a lot of different makes and models in our latest vehicle search, and visited a lot of dealerships, and Discover Hyundai was literally the ONLY place where we didn't feel like chum in the shark tank. Their approach was laid-back, respectful, no-pressure, and professional -- as enjoyable as a new-car purchase could ever be -- and the atmosphere played a big part in our decision to go with a Hyundai. Scot was fantastic to work with, the negotiations were honest and fair, and we love our new Tucson and were very happy with the price we paid. Haven't had service there yet, but I expect we'll be pleased with that, too. The only part of our experience that was a bit negative was the pressure (and some misleading information) I received from Alex in Finance at the end of the process, about purchasing an extended warranty and some of the "extras" -- I know this is common at most dealerships, but it was a bit jarring after the truly outstanding experience we had with the rest of the process at Discover Hyundai. Overall, would HIGHLY recommend this dealership!! You'll definitely love working with them. More
