I started with one of the internet managers and basically told him the car we were looking for and the price we were willing to pay. I told him I didn't want all the typical dealer add-ons. I got the price (with taxes/fees) on the phone. And then I mentioned an older car we might be willing to trade in. I was very pleased at the trade-in price, which was negotiated separately from the price I had already been given for the new car. We dealt with two excellent internet managers, one of whom was Jonathan Gorton, the internet director and the finance manager, Marcus. I picked out the car I wanted (lots of upgrades of course) and my husband told Julian what he was willing to put down and spend per month. They were able to get us the car we really wanted at a price we were comfortable with. Best of all NONE of those back and forth "best we can do" shenanigans. Working with Mike in financing was amazing. Financing has always taken soooo long in our past purchases, but he had us in and out in under 30 minutes! we were thrilled with the whole experience and we absolutely love our new Santa Fe. We will definitely recommend to friends and buy there again. Julian you may NOT retire!! More

This was my first time going to the Earnhardt Hyundai. I called about a week ago to double check if I needed to make an appointment to receive service (oil change etc.) on my car. The lady I talked to on th called about a week ago to double check if I needed to make an appointment to receive service (oil change etc.) on my car. The lady I talked to on the phone didn’t seem very nice and was quite blunt in the way she answered my questions. It seemed to me that she was annoyed that I did not know that I needed to make an appointment and should’ve just looked online. Other dealerships have the option of making an appointment or bringing the car in. I was able to get an appointment today and took my car in and when I got there, the people weren’t very welcoming. No one came out to me, I had to go in to them and ask for help. I made an appointment to get a full service and an oil change and I hadn’t asked them to look at anything else. However, I was hoping they could look at 2 other small things since I was concerned about them. I asked once I got help. It felt like we were being inconvenient to the service center and the answers we got seemed rude, stand-off ish and very defensive since “I only booked an appointment for a full service and an oil change, I didn’t book my appt. for anything else that day”. Jason mentioned they were still busy working on cars since Friday and pretty much turned down extra service (my concerns with my car) because they are busy. I ended up just telling him to only do the oil change and he didn’t argue otherwise. Lastly, one of the things wrong with my car is that it pulls slightly to the right side. In the past, I have talked to people who have been able to get their tires rotated and they say this fixes a car pull, but Jason, (advisor who worked with us today) immediately answered with “you need an alignment and we can only figure out if the alignment works if we do an alignment” meaning I had to pay for it before we could know if the alignment was the issue and we didn’t even know if that was the issue. In the past, other dealerships have said what fixes a left or right sided pull is just rotating the wheels and if that doesn’t work, we would turn to alignment as last resort since it also cost a little more than a rotation. When picking up my car, Jason (my advisor) wasn’t available and asked for someone to help me so I didn’t have to wait. I believe it was Ricardo. He was very nice and even started a conversation with me. I appreciated his help and enthusiasm. Overall, I wasn’t very pleased with the advisor I worked with in the beginning (Jason) nor the person I talked to on the phone. I can understand that people have bad days but that should never affect customer service. Besides Ricardo and the other 2, I haven’t had any other experiences with others at this location so it’s not enough for me to say not to go here for service but if someone were to get service for their car here, I would recommend working with Ricardo or other advisors. Love this dealership and working with Art. They went the distance, got me out of 8 months of expensive 2019 MB GLE43 lease payments, paid the residual and sales tax on the buy out and put me in a GV80 with distance, got me out of 8 months of expensive 2019 MB GLE43 lease payments, paid the residual and sales tax on the buy out and put me in a GV80 with more comfort, luxury and features than the AMG GLE43 package offered. I can’t imagine anyone driving anything other than a Genesis :) I’ve owned Jaguar, Maserati, Range Rover, multiple Mercedes and nothing compares to this Genesis GV80. This will remain my brand and dealership forever. Thank you Art. More
