In addition, Ricardo Garcia in the Service Dept is also amazing, just a great disposition. Radio and back-up system problem. I love this dealership. but I am unhappy that they haven't contacted me again with my car problem. My radio and back up system goes out constantly wh I love this dealership. but I am unhappy that they haven't contacted me again with my car problem. My radio and back up system goes out constantly when I start the car and put in reverse. I have been able to get the system to work by pushing the blue link button on and than immediately off. This is not a good way to keep the system working. I would like this to be resolved. I love this car and want to keep it. Sincerely, Bea Whisenand More
