His knowledge of the vehicle and the product was very re-assuring to us and the whole buying experience was great. He and the other personnel we met, Jerry Tonelli, Rob, Tristan and everyone else was so friendly and answered any questions we had. Drew has also offered to take as much time as we need with him so he can show us all about the apps and different features we never had on a prior vehicle.
