I called and explained my problem with my truck and was told to bring it down. They gave me a ride to Herzt so I could rent a car. After diagnosing the problem they were able to solve it by upgrading the t told to bring it down. They gave me a ride to Herzt so I could rent a car. After diagnosing the problem they were able to solve it by upgrading the trucks's computer software to the latest version. Unfortunately they couldn't do it until day two, but I have it back again and hopefully the same problem will never occur again. More

Jessica very rude and unprofessional. She Did not provide full explanation of what was happening with vehicle. I called the day before to confirm car can be repaired.
