How does that matter with my car buying process? Also how do salesman think it’s okay to be so rude nasty & have a mean attitude! How does a grown man like Steve D the finance guy think it’s okay to put his hands on a 22 year old likes it’s nothing. And also the owner Oliver told me straight to my face that he didn’t care that his employee put his hands on a customer and was in my face like he was ready to hurt me like a deranged maniac. This place is beyond unacceptable and to all the employees working there it must be Oliver telling you guys to say “I DONT CARE” to every single customer. Shut this place down already! Oh yeah just letting you guys know, no one in my family will be purchasing jeeps or dodge rams here ever again. My family has purchased over 8 vehicles here btw but no more! More

James took a great deal of time helping me choose my Jeep, explaining all the different options, and locating the Jeep I wanted. Prior to discovering East Hills, I had visited many Jeep dealerships. At every one we visited, no one was very helpful or friendly. From our very fist time at East Hills, we know we found a great dealership. Our lease is always reasonable and below that of what I have heard other's pay and other dealerships quoted us. If you are looking for a car, I highly recommend James Kropp to you. More

Amazing visit I met with Arnie and boy he made my life so easy!!!! Overall, it was a "painless" transaction, we quickly arrived at the purchase price, and the sales rep, Mike Guerrieri even went "above and beyond, to accommodate me and ensure a "delighted" customer. (I had left a CD in my trade-in, which Mike retrieved after the fact and held for me; he also went out of his way to get the rubber floor mats which had become "miss-laid" during the new vehicle pick-up). Additionally, I want to thank Kevin and Jon in service, as they were most accommodating this past weekend in getting the factory soft-top removed, and nicely stored away for me. I'll continue being a customer, and recommending East Hills. More
