they worked miracles!! I had a major problem with my Jeep and Daniel Sanchez performed miracles to get all my problems with the Jeep resolved in one day. Awful!! 5 star rating on the following: - the processes (applying for the loan considering that I started all transactions via phone calls only) I went throu 5 star rating on the following: - the processes (applying for the loan considering that I started all transactions via phone calls only) I went through when I pick-up the truck up-to and including working with Arnie Price. - also Mr. Arnie Price skills on DEESCALATING a issue is VERY GOOD and from a customer point was critical that he persuaded me to stay and continue to be a customer. -in CONTRAST, I cannot say the same with the Service Department (Danny). He need to polish his communication skills. The same with Judy who is a "manager". She got ZERO skills in DEESCALATING issues never mind being Dismissive up to and including infering that she got a load of work to do and cannot be bother with my concerns/issue. Thank you. More

Service Department Performance I have been bring my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee to East Hills Chrysler Jeep, where I purchased it over 6 years ago, for routine maintenance, unexpected I have been bring my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee to East Hills Chrysler Jeep, where I purchased it over 6 years ago, for routine maintenance, unexpected repairs, recalls, and custom installations. Over the years I have come to know most of the Service Advisors, the Service Manager; as well as, some of the senior mechanics and find them all to be truly dedicated professionals. The Service Advisor that has serviced my needs more than others, and stands out as one of the best, is Mr. Marc Seigel. Marc works with me to ensure that only the service I need is addressed and that any unforeseen repairs are made. Marc's Service Manager Jon Piansky has done an excellent job of fostering a staff that are professional and courteous to their customers. More

Horrible customer service in the last week East hills Chrysler and Dodge are by far the worst dealership! Especially the manager Ed and the sales person Sid ! They do not care about their customers they are only helpful when they want to sell you the vehicle ! Do not buy a Dodge from this dealership! You will get rob and treated horrible after you purchase the vehicle from them. Ed the manager only cares about making a sale after that you are on your own ! This is my 2nd Dodge and my last from them ! If you want a great experience and being treated like a customer do not go to Ed and Do not go to East Hills!!
