amazing experience i have been out on disability for 5 years and money is extremely tight. after a few conversations with kevin chang concerning my issues ,my jeep was f i have been out on disability for 5 years and money is extremely tight. after a few conversations with kevin chang concerning my issues ,my jeep was finally towed to the dealership. both of my remotes /keys no longer worked and the car was dead ,would not start ,kevin arranged a fair price that i compared to other local dealers.stressed and expecting the worst i recieved a call from mr. chang and he informed me that the ignition problem was a recall issue that included two remotes / keys.i had already put aside enough for new ones . kevin advised me of other issues with my jeep , one being brakes .the price was right and i authorised the job . i was in the auto business as sales/ used car mgr. and finance. have dealt with many service personnel, but have never been as satisfied or greatful that it was kevin i dealt with.the experience was on a personal level, he cared and kept me happy throughout.thank you mr. chang for an awsome experience.
