Very Good Experience Jesse is certainly not like other sales people, I visited other jeep dealerships before coming to East Hills, and unlike other dealerships i had gone Jesse is certainly not like other sales people, I visited other jeep dealerships before coming to East Hills, and unlike other dealerships i had gone to, he never once tired to pressure me into buying anything, or made me feel like I was getting ripped off. In fact he made the buying process so smooth i almost didn't realize i was buying a car! Since then i have dealt with Kevin in the service department, who has been beyond amazing making sure every time i schedule any service, i am very well taken care of. When i choose to wait at the dealership, he always comes out to the waiting room to update me, and ask if i need anything. I love how he hasn't forgotten my name or past conversations even though i only see him every three months ( oil change etc), i wish there were more of him! My only complaint, is that when i bought my truck, it was off a lease, even though i received my car fax, it seems that Jeep did not keep complete records on what services had been done when the Lessee had the truck before me, (however do know that it came from a dealership out of state, and is not directly East Hills fault) and jeep should come up with a solution to help dealerships interact with services on an interstate level. Overall i am so happy i decided to buy my 4th Jeep at East Hills this time, Jesse and Kevin have revived my faith in dealerships, and will certainly remain a customer because of them. More

Customer-friendly dealership I've had a good experience dealing with East Hills. The sales process was easy and they got me the best deal, subsequent service visits have gone as w I've had a good experience dealing with East Hills. The one thing I can't quite get past was from my very first service visit for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I had made a note of which tires were where on my vehicle before bringing it to be serviced. After returning home I noticed that the same tires were in the same spots. They either simply did not do the tire rotation having said they did, or didn't at least feel the need to tell me the reasons they didn't do it—and I was there for 2+ hours for this even having scheduled the appointment. I don't remember who the service advisor was during this visit. It's this sort of thing that I just can't get out of my head whenever going back now, though. Today I dealt with Kevin Chang for a check engine light that had come on since the oil change a week ago. I was in and out much quicker today and Kevin explained what the simple problem had been. Hopefully I'll continue to be reassured of their transparency on future visits. Other than that, I've had an enjoyable experience at East Hills and look forward to future dealings. More
