Above and Beyond Michael Casey (My Service Advisor) has been exceptional. I have an ongoing issue with my 2014 Jeep.and I felt like he made it his personal mission to Michael Casey (My Service Advisor) has been exceptional. I have an ongoing issue with my 2014 Jeep.and I felt like he made it his personal mission to rectify the problem and that he actually cared. i wasn't just another customer. He has been very patient with trying to rectify the issue. It also feels like I am riding in a brand new car. They definitely have an extraordinary team over at East Hills Jeep. great experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful I was shopping for a jeep Patriot and visited East Hills Jeep. It's a little far from my house, but well worth the ride. The sales staff were friendly and very helpful. The staff went out of their way to answer every question I had and some I didn't think of. The environment was relaxed and comfortable. I will be back next November to lease another jeep when my other jeep lease is up. This makes the third jeep that I've leased from East Hills Jeep. They've got my business. Awful experience unprofessional Terrible experience he didn't know his product or inventory. While walking out to the lot to look at one Jeep he walked 20 feet ahead of us. Hello was Terrible experience he didn't know his product or inventory. While walking out to the lot to look at one Jeep he walked 20 feet ahead of us. Hello wasn't that a good opportunity to talk to your client to find out exactly what we are looking for? Part of costumer service it being personable Mike missed that all together. We researched what we were looking for and we knew more than what he did. His main concern was us placing an order. Mike Guerrieri was ready to fill out financing with out understanding what we wanted. No test drive was offered but yet he was more concerned about paper work. If you are going to sell something you should know your product line and whats available. We walked out and went to another dealership that night and purchased a new 2017 Jeep Sahara that the salesman took his time to look up and see that it was in transit to their dealership. This is something Mike said couldn't be done as he had no idea what was being shipped to the dealership. This was the worst experience we have ever had in trying to purchase a new vehicle. I would never go back here and have already told many friends of the awful experience we encountered. More
