I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE. I WAS YELLED AT AND LEFT WITHOUT A LOANER CAR FOR A WEEK. THE ORIGINAL PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE BUT THE MANUFACTUER WAS NICE ENOUGH TO COVER AN AFTER MARKET PART UNDER THE LEFT WITHOUT A LOANER CAR FOR A WEEK. I contacted Frank through DR which I’ve used many times when leasing a vehicle - he initially called me back very quickly - proceeded to take all the information needed and promised to contact me on Monday when leasing a vehicle - he initially called me back very quickly - proceeded to take all the information needed and promised to contact me on Monday - Monday came and went and never heard back from Frank - called and left a message on Tuesday - once again never heard back - sends me a text out of no where - stating that he’s been trying to get a hold of me and to call him back. I called him back immediately on that Wednesday - finally answered his phone and proceeds to give me the numbers I requested - before I can ask any questions - right in the middle of my conversation - he cuts me off and asks to call me back because he had customers come in to the dealership - I said Frank are you Serious - I couldn’t believe he just cut me off and disregarded that he already had a customer on the phone - that was me - hello!!! He asked to call me back and I said no thanks I would get back to him another time: I got off the phone and was stunned on how rude of a salesperson he was to me and couldn’t believe he didn’t realize I was a customer he was in the middle of speaking with already on the phone - Frank all you had to do was tell the customers who came into the dealership you were on a call and you would be with them in a few minutes - that’s called 101 in CS - then the best part comes - he proceeds to text me through the DR service - and says how he couldn’t believe how rude I was by saying - Are you Serious - when he cut me off right in the middle of our conversation to tend to customers that walked into the dealership - Frank your rude - obnoxious - and have the worst customer service skills over ever seen - they should take you off the Sales floor and put you into CS training - I would never recommend you - we are in the middle of a Pandemic - the auto industry along with many others are suffering - millions of people are out of work and you decide to be an idiot - and then proceed to text me and show how much of an idiot you truly are - so much so - your management at East Hills called me to apologize foe your behavior - that alone should tell you something - because they saw your obnoxious and rude text you decided to send me - I’m so glad you turned out to be an idiot because I’m enjoying riding in my Brand New 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee - I picked up last week and best of all it was $75 a month cheaper then you quoted me. Just a side note - I’ve leased over 20 cars and my wife and I worked in the auto industry for well over 20 years combined - I’m not new to buying or leasing and the Auto industry - Happy New Frank - hopefully East Hills provides you with the necessary skills to eventually become a competent salesperson in 2021. - since I can’t go back up - I forgot to mention in his text he sent me - he noted that he entered the numbers he says he provided - never did because he cut me off in the middle of our conversation and ended the call - and says I don’t feel comfortable working with you because I said to him - Are you Serious - and that I’m more then welcome to work with another salesperson - your not comfortable??? That was another joke in his rude and obnoxious text he sent me - didn’t want to leave that out of my comments!!! More
