I was beyond pleased with the service I received. So I went to east hills jeep for an oil change. When I showed up I was immediately greeted by Rafael campos the service advisor for quick lanes. He told me my car would be done in under an hour. As I was waiting he informed me my car had a small oil leak coming from one of the valve covers. He told me the parts were in stock and that they could fix if I’d like. Being that the car is under warranty I said yes. most places you go to wouldn’t. I knew this already, but it is my preference to get the first oil changed more quickly than recommended. I appreciated that Rafael didn’t want me to spend money on something that might not be necessary or that I didn’t understand. Also they got me in and out much quicker than I anticipated.
