We made an appointment before arriving, and the salesman still didn't know anything about the vehicle we planned to see, warranty, service plan, engine type etc, nor could he answer any of our questions wit still didn't know anything about the vehicle we planned to see, warranty, service plan, engine type etc, nor could he answer any of our questions without deferring to someone else. When discussing price, he didn't give any information on add on costs, leaving us with surprises at the end of the process. We also couldn't leave with the vehicle same day because the vehicle wasn't ready. Terrible car buying experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. More

Great customer service, I ordered a Dodge Challenger from factory. It took four months for the car to arrive. The called me the same day to let me know the car arrived at the dealership. So I pulled up and Joseph was right there to greet me. He helped me decide between many vehicles on the lot. If I’m not mistaken I checked about 8 cars but was stuck in between 2 of them. The finance office was ok, they was off the rate by $100 but I can work with that. Overall good experience.
