Maggie was ahhhhhhhh-mazing. She was very efficient and informative. Her customer service skills are extraordinary. She worked well and hard with the warranty company. I cant say enough about how well she handled everything. I am happy to have been matched with her. As a manager in healthcare, I have to say that Maggie surpasses many of the front end staff and customer service staff at the hospital I work in. I would hire her in a heartbeat.
