The car was dirty it did not come with a spare the brakes are no good I have not been able to reach a sales manager in two days. Recall on my Town & Country was for the emblem on the steering wheel. Apparently if the airbag deploys it can cut up the drivers face and injury them. Service team said to drop off the van on saturday an steering wheel. Apparently if the airbag deploys it can cut up the drivers face and injury them. Service team said to drop off the van on saturday and pick it up on monday. When we arrived they said hold on, and got a tool and ripped the emblem off the steering wheel airbag cover. I wished they told me this on Friday when i called to confirm the appointment as i had a co-worker follow me for nothing. It took all of 30 seconds and honestly any one could have done this themselves without a trip to the dealership at 8am on a saturday morning. The steering wheel looks ugly now bc of the missing emblem, and they re some scratches from the screwdriver, but whatever, its a 2008 minivan. All in all, service was fast. People were friendly, so i cannot complain. More
