The car buying process took the sales associate and finance manager a total of 7 hours. Then they did not have either color vehicle agreed upon. Ended up leaving with a color I did not want, also missi finance manager a total of 7 hours. Then they did not have either color vehicle agreed upon. Ended up leaving with a color I did not want, also missing a piece I was promised would be put on the car the following Monday. Now 2-3 weeks last, and still not sign of the missing part. More
