After what I went through at the Central Ave dealership, I was a bit skeptical about even dealing with any dealership at all; Maggie helped change my mind in an instant! From day one she was very transparen I was a bit skeptical about even dealing with any dealership at all; Maggie helped change my mind in an instant! From day one she was very transparent about everything going on with my truck. She kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire time my vehicle was there. After fighting with the Central Ave dealership for two years regarding my transmission, Maggie actually listened to my "cries" and found the issue I knew was there all along. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to Central Ave, Eastchester is my "home"!!! More
