Couldn’t get in contact with my service provider over the phone for days. I called more then 3 times daily and no responses or call return after leaving tons of messages. I had to drive all the way from quee phone for days. I called more then 3 times daily and no responses or call return after leaving tons of messages. I had to drive all the way from queens to see if my car was ready during this pandemic. Very unprofessional and disappointing! More

I went back to return my lease, to find out I had to go to a different dealership to return it. The manager then yelled at me because he didn’t have space and had to make an appointment. While the original dealership gave me wrong information stating I could take it at anytime between 9am- 5pm. It was a mess and I would never go back there again. Very unprofessional. So, much more to the store but I rather just state the basics. But it only got worse. Don’t lease anything from this company period. More
