The staff that does the paperwork to get service started on your vehicle are wonderful as well. The guys that work on your vehicle know what they’re doing. My vehicle will feel out of sink when I pull in but when I leave I am confident in the feel of my vehicle and the service that was done. The mechanics are really really good at what they do. Overall I am always confident that my vehicle is at its best performance when the wonderful guys there have finished service on it. Thank you! More

I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE CALL FROM MGMT/ OWNER I PURCHASED A 2016 PORSCHE CAYENNE WITH 55K MILES ON 07/01/2018. SOMETIME DURING THE FIRST WEEK I FELT A BUCKING/HESITATION FROM 0-25 MPH. BROUG I PURCHASED A 2016 PORSCHE CAYENNE WITH 55K MILES ON 07/01/2018. SOMETIME DURING THE FIRST WEEK I FELT A BUCKING/HESITATION FROM 0-25 MPH. BROUGHT IT TO SERVICE AND ROB FROM SERVICE TEST DROVE CAR AND AGREED AND COMMENTED POSSIBLE TRANSMISSION. I WAS INFORMED IT WOULD BE BEST TO HAVE PORSCHE DEALERSHIP SERVICE CAR. APPT IS MADE FOR 07/25/2018( EARLIEST TIME AVAILABLE) THERE IS DISCREPANCY AS TO WHETHER TRANSMISSION IS COVERED AND IF THERE IS ANY WARRANTY AT ALL. THERE WILL BE A FEE OF $320 FOR TWO HOUR DIAGNOSTICS THAT PORSCHE DEALER WILL EXPECT FROM ME. DURING THIS TIME IT HAS BEEN VERY CHALLENGING TO CONTACT AND RECEIVE RETURNED PHONE CALLS FROM HECTOR IN SALES AND ROB IN SERVICE. I HAVE HAD TO CHASE/MAKE MULTIPLE CALLS TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE IN BETWEEN SEEING MY PATIENTS DURING THE DAY. ROB CONTACTED ME TODAY AND INFORMED ME THAT HIS MANAGER HAS HAD SEVERAL CAYENNE ND THEY ARE VERY SENSITIVE VEHICLES AND ITS JUST GETTING USED TO MY DRIVING STYLE. DOES HE REALLY THINK I AM THAT GULLIBLE????? I HAVE TEXTED HECTOR ALSO MULTIPLE TIMES AND DO NOT GET ANY RESPONSE. I HAVE DONE SOME RESEARCH AND HAVE NOTICED THAT THIS DEALERSHIP HAS A SCORE OF F FROM BBB AND MANY NEGATIVE SALES REVIEWS ON YELP. I SHOULD HAVE DONE MY RESEARCH PRIOR. MY CONCERN IS THAT I AM POSSIBLY DOING MORE DAMAGE TO THE CAR UNTIL I HAVE MY DIAGNOSTIC APPT. BUT ROB SAYS I WOULDNT WORRY.
