Unprofessional, uncaring, lazy customer service I scheduled my oil change and when I got there they tell me they can’t do the oil change today they’re to busy. Absolutely no consideration for my tim I scheduled my oil change and when I got there they tell me they can’t do the oil change today they’re to busy. Absolutely no consideration for my time, I reschedule for the next day and AFTER the oil change they charge me $100.00 when my dealer told me I had a package with my lease and all oil changes are free only replacement parts and the sorts I would have to pay out of pocket. I’ve leased Acura’s and BMW’s in the past and NEVER paid $100.00 for a oil change. The service representative was indifferent to anything I had to say and walked away. The last thing a manager said to me is she didn’t have time to speak to me, that I should go elsewhere for a oil change. NEVER GOING BACK disgusting service. More

Brakes I was given an Astronomical price to repair my brakes. I ended up at MK tire center in New Rochelle, NY to repair my brakes. The pricing was much more I was given an Astronomical price to repair my brakes. I ended up at MK tire center in New Rochelle, NY to repair my brakes. The pricing was much more affordable than $1,800 and the Jeep service guy tried to have me open up a credit line with your credit company.Also Jeep dealership in Riverdale, NY stated to me that my oil gasket is leaking. As my car was on the lift it was stated that my transmission lines were leaking and not the oil gasket. The report given to me by your mechanics are so far way left and it appears there was an attempt to take a financial advantage and cause me headache to repair parts on my Jeep Grand Cherokee that didn’t need repairing. More
