I had a 9:30 scheduled maintenance appointment and was left waiting until 12:00 when I had to push and push to get information on when my car would be ready or at least assessed. The shop knew I had a b left waiting until 12:00 when I had to push and push to get information on when my car would be ready or at least assessed. The shop knew I had a babysitter with my kid until 12:00, 1 the latest, when I arrived at 8:50 - 40 minutes early for my appointment. All I was told was, “I don’t know when it will be done. We have a long line.” What is the point of an appointment when you’re put in a first come, first serve order? Where is the management? On top of that, I have no idea how a supposed broken rod inside of a door is supposed to cost $870!! A part or two with labor? And how is that two hours of labor at $189 per hour? I’m no car expert, but this seems exorbitant for what seems like a small fix in the grand scheme of an intricate machine, especially with little explanation. More
