BEWARE. .LAW SUITE FILED! Jeremy and Bernades Decena are corrupt. My extended policy was cancelled 5 days after I purchased my jeep, which was not MPO, certif .LAW SUITE FILED! Jeremy and Bernades Decena are corrupt. My extended policy was cancelled 5 days after I purchased my jeep, which was not MPO, certified through JEEP as advertised. Instead they sold me a third party extended warranty for 2500.00 that was cancelled five days later. They ran my credit 7 times without my permission, tried to make pay for an extra car key that was lost by the previous owner and sold me an over priced jeep for $31,132.31 with 31547 miles. I should have never signed but after being there for 6 hours I was mentally exhausted and needed to buy a car that day. When I asked Benny the finance manager why the cost is high he said "that's just tax". Jeremy never tried to lower the price to negotiate a better deal. Once Jeremy sold me the car he vanished and stopped trying to help me after a few texts. Think of how many people they have done this to already, yet they are still in business and continue to work for the dealership. My advice is that you call jeep and find out what is expected of the dealership when they sell you a certified jeep or you will be sorry. Very sad! More
