Carlos was a great help getting me my new car very responsive and helpful. The Finance department however not the best based off our my good credit score 780 I believe I got a high interest rate and a responsive and helpful. The Finance department however not the best based off our my good credit score 780 I believe I got a high interest rate and also the guy in finance removed our $1500 rebate that we had two weeks ago when we ordered the car because “this months rebates changed” but that was unfair because I left deposit when i ordered the car and I was eligible at that time.
