I've always had a bad experience with this dealership in regards to how they handled things when my car needed service. And i don't mean the mechanics because they get the work done expeditiously. It's the regards to how they handled things when my car needed service. And i don't mean the mechanics because they get the work done expeditiously. It's the customer service reps that i had to deal with. At every single occasion i had to be the one to ask for a status update. At every occasion, my car is sitting outside already serviced but the reps don't know what is going on with my car. They always have to check. I feel like a person's time is not valued there. Yesterday was the straw that broke the camel's back. I originally scheduled my car to get an oil chang and NYS inspection. I made an appointment for this. The day before the appointment they called just to confirm and then told me i can come in anytime between 7:30am and 3:45pm for the service. I said ok but i know i have an appointment for 7:30am. I later get an email saying my appointment was canceled. So i tried calling and found out via the recording that an appointment is not necessary. Fine. I get there, log in my car and tell them what I was here for. Now the important thing. I made sure to tell them i had coupons for my oil change. They said no problem. An hour into sitting there waiitng i get a phone call from service saying they need to change my brake fluid and the total cost for all services would be, and I quote, " i could get everything done for $500." I reluctantly say yes because it's the NYS inspection so i needed it done. She said it'll be done about 40 minutes. So i'm sitting there for now a total of maybe 2 hours with no phone call as to what's going on. I see my car outside so i ask what's going on they said they're working on it..... I walked towards the stairs and then my phone rings and it's the customer service rep. I look right at her and she's shock to see me. I get the bill look it over and i said hey i still have these coupons to add on. Her response was the coupons wouldn't help since she "gave me a deal" on the services. At that point i was done. I just wanted out. Paid my money got my car and drove off. And i waited for this survey to come so i can vent. The ONLY reason you got 2 stars is because of the gentleman who you first meet outdoors and checks for your name on the list. He is the ONLY person i can respect there now. No one else. So if you would like to talk to me more about my experience by all means, send me an email. If you want the invoice # to refund monies for the discounts then definitely get in contact with me. But honestly this review is what it is. 2 stars and that's it. More
