3 straight weeks and still have the same problem 1st time I waited 5+ hours only to be told the the passenger side airbag seatbelts (which was I the reason I was there for since the service popped up 1st time I waited 5+ hours only to be told the the passenger side airbag seatbelts (which was I the reason I was there for since the service popped up) needed serviced. I was told it was taken care of. Next day the light came back on. Made a another appointment for the following week since I only have 1 day off during the week. 2nd time 2 hour wait, I was told they needed a part that they didn't have there so I had to wait again. The following week I was there, waited 3 hours got the vehicle back I was told it was good. Next day the light came back on. I notified the gentleman who was assisting me. He said he would ask his manager. And that's when this Corona stuff happened. But 2 weeks later! No type of response. Once my lease is up, I'm truly considering going to another dealership that isn't jeep Chrysler dodge. I've been a loyal customer but that all may be coming to an end. I'm driving an unsafe vehicle and no one can help me... More

Couldn’t get in contact with my service provider over the phone for days. I called more then 3 times daily and no responses or call return after leaving tons of messages.
