When I first met with Ricky, I was overly cautious and not very trusting because of a bad experience, that I had with the service dept at a dealership that I have dealing with for 18 years. Ricky was not very trusting because of a bad experience, that I had with the service dept at a dealership that I have dealing with for 18 years. Ricky was very understanding and reassured me, that nothing will be done without my consent. After, taking the time to explain things to me, I felt I could trust him and felt confident, that work wouldn’t be done on my car if wasn’t necessary. When. I picked up my car, there wasn’t any payment due, since it was under warranty. I was very pleased with my dealing with Ricky and this dealership. More
