Quick and Easy Just want to say this was my third time getting my car serviced. And for the third time I am extremely pleased with the service. First, the wonderfu Just want to say this was my third time getting my car serviced. And for the third time I am extremely pleased with the service. First, the wonderful gentleman that greets you to check you in before you enter is one of the most respectable men out there. He just have a positive energy around him that just sets the tone of your visit. My service advisor was Rodolfo and he definitely made the visit easier. Even though I got surprised with having to do my 10K visit. Wasn't prepared for it but he assured me it would be done quickly. Wait time wasn't long at all or all the work that be done. I really didn't have to ask about my vehicle since it was smooth sailing in there. The only thing I would hope that they can change is getting rid of that loud fan in the waiting area and just having an AC unit. But maybe they're working on it. Truly love the service dept since they make the day goes so fast for me. More

Phenomenal experience Had an issue with my 2019 Scat Pack rear brakes. Made an appointment @ Eastchester Chrsyler Jeep Dodge Ram Service, drove up and right into the garage Had an issue with my 2019 Scat Pack rear brakes. Made an appointment @ Eastchester Chrsyler Jeep Dodge Ram Service, drove up and right into the garage at the appointment time- Robert took it from there and I had a new set of rotors and pads on the vehicle in less than 2 hours. Robert was great as was the service- no issues. Its a great experience and will continue to take my Dodge there for service, no doubt. More

Oil change I was told when i leased the car i have three free years of oil changes. First time I had a problem but they gave it to me and now this time everyone I was told when i leased the car i have three free years of oil changes. First time I had a problem but they gave it to me and now this time everyone was rude especially from sales. So after an hour wait I decided to leave and go elsewhere. Terrible It was terrible I went Tuesday around 4pm they told me I had come back Wednesday but they still charged me for a headlight they put in that didn’t wor It was terrible I went Tuesday around 4pm they told me I had come back Wednesday but they still charged me for a headlight they put in that didn’t work and charged me $100. for labor cost that only took them 5 minutes. On the invoice they wrote that I didn’t want to wait for the service which is not true because he told me they didn’t have enough time and that I had to come back next day. On Wednesday I got there at 10:30am and it was not until 2pm they took a look at my car and they didn’t start working on it until 10 minutes before 3pm. When I went in on Wednesday morning I told them I had to be out by 2 or 2:30 pm latest because I had to go pick up my son and I had to go to work. I guess they didn’t care because I had to scramble to get someone to pick up my son pay for there taxi and since my car wasn’t ready I had to pay a cab for me to get home which is really unacceptable . I’m especially disappointed because I never thought that replacing a headlight would cost over $2,000.00 it’s insane. I feel like I got robbed. Robbed of my money and time. More
