Never again I just bought a car a few days before having to bring the car to be serviced for noisy brakes. I dropped it off at 945am. Hours later when i called i I just bought a car a few days before having to bring the car to be serviced for noisy brakes. I dropped it off at 945am. Hours later when i called i was told to hold for a supervisor, then told a supervisor would call me back. No one ever reached out. The service center closed and i had to call out of work that night. I had to call multiple times the following day just to speak to someone about my car. When i got the car back they had did nothing. Told me the brakes were at 40 percent and they were just noisy. Never again. More

Costumer service treat Very bad They was supposed call us after a day to let us know about the diagnostic. They never call us the fallowing day which was Sunday ,they said we call Monday first thing in the morning they did not , Then I call them otherwise I won’t know anything about our vehicle,then they said we will call you in an hour , took them 5 hours to call I told them I will never recommend this particular dealer Such a poor service. At the end of the day even if I agree to fix they didn’t have the parts I call several times otherwise they won’t all then we was able to pick up the car Monday March 18 at almost 4:30 pm. So our vehicle was seating there from Friday 12pm until morning noon almost evening Dia that make any sense to you ???? I have two kids my wife need the car they didn’t care all they care is about making money but they forgot that service is more significant then anything More
