I was given options for dropping off (super convenient) and everyone involved made me feel welcome. In particular, Yasmin my service manager, was excellent! She remembered the last time I was in for service and really listened to me about the current issues with the van. Also Yasmin's communication during the process (diagnosis, part order, and repair time) took the worry away about not having my car or guessing how long it would take. She was honest but also caring about my needs. The technician staff was great as they found a related problem (broken motor mount) while replacing the transmission and charged a fair price. I'm normally weary of dealerships, however with people like Yasmin leading the experience I know that Eastchester is the best place to be when servicing my vehicle. Thank you all again. More
