Easy scheduling is easy. I have owned 2 Chryslers, both purchased and maintained at this location. I love this space and the service center staff. Even when the staff are bu I have owned 2 Chryslers, both purchased and maintained at this location. I love this space and the service center staff. Even when the staff are busy they are very caring, and professional. Don't get put off by the telephone system, most of the time it works, and the service center staff will always call you back. Horrible customer service, shady mechanics After 5 hrs of waiting they came back and told me I needed new brake pads but my brake pads had at least 50 % of the padding left. I had one faulty br After 5 hrs of waiting they came back and told me I needed new brake pads but my brake pads had at least 50 % of the padding left. I had one faulty brake pad and I only had the car for 2 months. They lied and said I needed all new brake pads because they didn’t want to take responsibility for selling me a car with a faulty pad. They kept mentioning the lemon law but couldn’t give details on what the lemon law really states. The supervisor was not helpful at all and was a little disrespectful as if he didn’t have time to explain anything to me. I will never ever go to this shady establishment ever again and I will be returning my vehicle as soon as I meet my legal obligations More

VERY ACCOMODATING I have a 1yr old car with about 8k miles on it. One day, the check engine light randomly popped up in the middle of me running my errands. I spoke to I have a 1yr old car with about 8k miles on it. One day, the check engine light randomly popped up in the middle of me running my errands. I spoke to Maggie and expressed my concerns. She told me to bring it in. By the time I got there, they were just a few minutes from closing. Regardless, the job still got done, and I left with my car in about an hour. It was just a programming issue in the car's computers, but at least I got the peace of mind right away. More
