STAY FAR AWAY .....,,,,, From This PLACE I brought my Vehicle in for service about 3 weeks ago for basic light work. Eastchester service dept. had my car for TWO Weeks. Seems as though the se I brought my Vehicle in for service about 3 weeks ago for basic light work. Eastchester service dept. had my car for TWO Weeks. Seems as though the sent my car to a local mechanic to get fixed instead of doing the work themselves. Then I go to pick up the car and it has been Vandalized and Ransacked. Contents thrown all about inside the vehicle and NUMEROUS personal items STOLEN from my car.including my apple iPod that was in the car hidden in glove box. Spoke to the Service advisor and Service Manager Mr. Perez at the Dealership and was told he would investigate and get back to me. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard ANYTHING from them . THEY CAN CARE LESS....If you Value your car...STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.....!!!!!!!! More

Not What I Asked For I received an e-mail from Eastchester CJD, if I'd like a buyback quote. I replied , "yes". You're original e-mail asked how I would like to receive th I received an e-mail from Eastchester CJD, if I'd like a buyback quote. I replied , "yes". You're original e-mail asked how I would like to receive the quote, text, e-mail, or both. I replied "e-mail". What I received was 2 phone calls asking me numerous questions, while I was on business hours. What I did not get was the quote, you're original e-mail offered. Either your original e-mail was poorly constructed/worded, or it was an attempt to verbally engage me at an inopportune time, or pitch me on a new model. I have a feeling what the correct answer is. More
