Helpful My attendant Ricky was very wecoming and experienced. He figure was the issue was with my Jeep Cherokee tires where the front driver tire was flat but My attendant Ricky was very wecoming and experienced. Never check for recalls My car has 2 open recllas asked to get recalls checked and was told they would. But never did. I told her how is not for my vehicle when your dealership emailed me the coupon, i only been at your dealership once with the same car so how is it that the coupon is not for my car? More

My car was out of warranty?! How? I took my car in for service. Was told that my car was out of warranty even though it was brought in 3 years to the day of I gof the vehicle and I was I took my car in for service. Was told that my car was out of warranty even though it was brought in 3 years to the day of I gof the vehicle and I was under 36000 miles. I was told the warranty starts on the date it is delivered on the lot and the date brought which makes no sense to me because if a car sits there for 6 months a person is only get a partial warranty when they buy? That is crazy. I reached out to the service manager and Chrysler corporate office and got 0 response. I can not say that I can recommend the dealer or the brand because they seem to be only about the dollar and the brand. More
