Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram - Service Center

I had a 9:30 scheduled maintenance appointment and was left waiting until 12:00 when I had to push and push to get information on when my car would be ready or at least assessed. The shop knew I had a babysitter with my kid until 12:00, 1 the latest, when I arrived at 8:50 - 40 minutes early for my appointment. All I was told was, “I don’t know when it will be done. We have a long line.” What is the point of an appointment when you’re put in a first come, first serve order? Where is the management? On top of that, I have no idea how a supposed broken rod inside of a door is supposed to cost $870!! A part or two with labor? And how is that two hours of labor at $189 per hour? I’m no car expert, but this seems exorbitant for what seems like a small fix in the grand scheme of an intricate machine, especially with little explanation. More

Ricky, my service advisor was great! While having my car inspected he was able to get my vehicle checked on with some issues I was having with my A/C unit and sounds from my Engine.
