We came in car shopping on the recommendation of friends that bought a car from Echo Park and had nothing but good things to say. We are leaving with a great deal, fantastic service, and with nothing but go that bought a car from Echo Park and had nothing but good things to say. We are leaving with a great deal, fantastic service, and with nothing but good things to say about the dealership. Zero pressure to buy, very fair trade in for our old battle wagon, and the staff was friendly, prompt, and very obviously focused on finding us the right car for the family. We first met with Justin and closed the deal with Dominic. Both were easy to deal with and walked us through the process to a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder, which wasn't even on our radar but is the perfect upgrade for a family car. I'd happily walk back through the doors to purchase another vehicle and gladly refer friends. More

The buying experience was great, however the service department fell on its face. There was not a Tesla charger in the vehicle so the service department put in a level 1 charger which is NOT the replace department fell on its face. There was not a Tesla charger in the vehicle so the service department put in a level 1 charger which is NOT the replacement for the factory charger which is a level 2 charger. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed this as well as the fact that they didn’t include the proper adapter for my car . When I brought it to their attention they said they would take care of it. I also instructed them to overnight the new charger and the service manager said he would ( this was on a Friday) the tracking shows a Monday delivery which is not overnight. The email I received from the service manager says that he is sending an adapter and not the proper charger, so In my opinion this service manager is in the habit of lying to customers and I would rate this service department at a negative 10. To rectify this fiasco they need to send me a level 2 charger that will work on my tesla model Y. More
