I like Echo Park. I like the concept. The sales person(both times) was great. However one of the sales managers is rude and not very helpful. He sits at the front desk I like the concept. We bought 2 cars there in the past 4 months and he is just not a nice person. We went in to get another temp tag on our first car after we went to motor vehicle for an hour to find out our paperwork hadn't been processed yet. Ok no biggie! We go back to Echo park he says it will be 20minutes! 20 minutes for a temp tag that prints out in 30 seconds crazy. Then 30mi, 40min finally we go back up to the desk as he left and there it was sitting there for how long. Just not a nice guy and lacks customer service something fierce. There was another occahaglesion on our first car adventure with him but it would take to long to explain. But, if your looking for a no hagle experience and you have nothing but time this is a great place to buy a car. More
