I have purchased 3 cars from EchoPark. I have never had a problem until this purchase. The Jeep is dangerous to drive above 70mph. I took it to the service department to find out what was I have never had a problem until this purchase. The Jeep is dangerous to drive above 70mph. I took it to the service department to find out what was wrong. They punted. They obviously didn’t drive the Jeep any real distance above 70mph. They stated: “the issue is probably a small tire imbalance”. Ok, then balance the tires. The fact is, the tires are garbage and should have been replaced before the Jeep hit the lot. At the very least, all they had to do was balance the existing tires to have a happy customer. They didn’t do it and didn’t seem to care that the issue was not resolved. I replaced the tires on my own and the Jeep vibration issue is gone. I’m disappointed that EchoPark didn’t resolve this issue and I had to resolve it myself. More
